You'll stay engaged, solve problems in real time, and work alongside a team that relies on each other to succeed.What You'll DoEnsure the teller line runs smoothly, including opening, closing, and daily balancingEngage members in conversation to understand needs and identify appropriate product referralsAssist with account services, including account closures and resolving member concernsCoordinate teller line scheduling and workflowProcess member transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and wiresServe as primary Vault Custodian and manage daily cash operationsSupport and train tellers, acting as a resource and first point of escalationYou'll Be Successful Here If You…Take ownership and step up. Your team and manager can count on you to follow through, stay organized, and keep things running smoothly.What You BringAt least 2 years of cash handling and customer service experienceAt least 1 year of teller experienceVault certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsComfort working in a fast-paced, member-facing environmentAbility to navigate Windows-based systems
