This role requires a hands‑on operator with strong bar knowledge, bilingual communication skills, and proven leadership in high‑volume environments. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and retain management and hourly teams Maintain strong floor presence and deliver exceptional guest service Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews Manage bar programs, beverage inventory, and cost controls Ensure food, beverage, and sanitation standards are consistently met Execute training programs and staff development Manage P&L, labor, COGS, and operational KPIs Support marketing initiatives and community engagement Maintain accurate financial records and cash‑handling procedures Required Experience & Skills Outgoing, hospitality‑driven leadership style Fluent in English and Spanish 3–5 years supervisory experience in restaurants/bars 3–5 years bartending/serving experience Working knowledge of bar programs and beverage costing Strong understanding of P&L, labor management, and forecasting FOH/BOH operational knowledge Proficiency with Mac, Windows, Excel, and POS systems Ability to stand long hours and lift 30 lbs Availability for a 55+ hour work week #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodwin Recruiting
