Position: Welder I – Production Team (York, PA) Responsibilities Standard Vessels and Heat Exchangers – Perform all operations in the manufacture of standard separators, receivers, and heat exchangers to required specifications and budgets. Assemble, weld, and install sub‑assembly parts, weld internal and external parts, install heads and sub‑arc, sub‑arc wrappers, supports, legs, angles, and water boxes; perform other duties as assigned. Standard Compressor Packages – Perform all operations in the manufacture of standard compressor packages to required specifications and budgets. Assemble and weld sub‑assembly parts, install package components, assemble, weld, and install system piping; assist in training less experienced employees; perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Certified vocational degrees preferred. Vocation training or less than 2 years of related assembly experience. Pipe welding proficiency (ability to qualify in a 6G test for MIG, Pulse, and TIG). Basic math skills, blueprint reading, and fabrication skills. Basic understanding of safety rules. Ability to sit, stand, reach, and walk for periods on a concrete surface. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. Adequate hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate tools and machinery. Willingness to work extended hours when required to support customer satisfaction. Support for continuous improvement and 6S standards. Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements. Compensation & Benefits Typical base pay range: $21.00 – $28.00 per hour.
