Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Hot Spirngs, AR | Fully Onsite with opportunity for hybrid flexibility in the future

$100,000 - $130,000 Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus

A well-established and growing Arkansas-based organization is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of a multi-division business small business. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting and finance leader who enjoys being involved in both strategic decision-making and day-to-day financial operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a blue-collar, entrepreneurial environment and is comfortable partnering with operational leaders across multiple business lines.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead all financial and accounting operations for the organization
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash management, and credit functions
• Manage monthly close activities and financial reporting
• Prepare and review sales tax filings and related compliance reporting
• Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations to ownership regarding financial performance and planning
• Develop and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting capabilities
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and business strategy
• Support ERP and software optimization initiatives
• Play a key role in future system migrations and process improvement projects
• Serve as a trusted advisor to ownership and operational leadership

What We're Looking For

• Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
• Strong background managing the full accounting cycle
• Experience overseeing cash flow, credit management, and financial reporting
• ERP implementation, optimization, or migration experience highly preferred
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities and leadership styles
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment where no task is beneath leadership
• Construction, manufacturing, distribution, or related industry experience is a plus
