This full-time contract opportunity for the 2026/2027 school year welcomes both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates looking to launch or advance their careers in education.

Spend your time meaningfully across three school buildings, working with a diverse population from PreK through 10th grade. With a caseload below state-recommended maximums and strong administrative support, you’ll have the ability to focus on quality intervention and individualized care.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Ohio SLP license (or eligibility to obtain by start date)
• Open to Clinical Fellows – strong mentorship available
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and support staff
• Experience in educational or pediatric settings is a plus, but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
• Document student progress and maintain accurate service records
• Conduct screenings and participate in eligibility meetings for special education services
• Support students’ social and academic success through evidence-based interventions
