Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking On-Call Dishwashers to support our food service and hospitality operations. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen. Candidates must be flexible and available to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing areas, kitchen workstations, and storage areas.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Remove trash and recycling and maintain clean waste disposal areas.
• Assist with cleaning floors, walls, kitchen equipment, and food preparation areas.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies as needed.
• Support kitchen staff with general cleaning and organizational tasks.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support kitchen and event operations.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing, kitchen utility, or food service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
