Job Posting: High-Speed Machine Operator (Presort Mailing) Location: Concord, NH  Shifts Available: 1st  Salary: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour (Up to $23.00/hr for highly experienced candidates) About the Role Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and looking for a fast-paced role where your hard work directly impacts daily operations? We are seeking a dependable High-Speed Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will set up, run, and troubleshoot automated presort mailing equipment to process our customers' daily letters and flats. You’ll be the engine that keeps our mail moving smoothly, ensuring total accuracy and compliance with United States Postal Service (USPS) standards. Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up, run, and monitor high-speed mailing and presort equipment according to specific job instructions, production schedules, and USPS guidelines.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Clear jams, perform basic mechanical adjustments, and troubleshoot issues like machine interruptions, coding errors, and throughput bottlenecks.
• Quality Control: Monitor sorted mail for proper facing, clear addressing, barcode quality, and Intelligent Mail barcodes (IMb). Empty reject bins and proactively catch "stick mail" or unmarked pieces.
• Mail Handling & Logistics: Stage sorted mail into correct zip-coded trays, apply sleeves and tray tags, and safely load full trays onto conveyor systems or designated staging areas. Help load the input conveyor to maintain a continuous, efficient workflow.
• Digital Tracking: Use basic computer systems and company software to track, process, and complete daily workloads.
