At EBEC Homecare Companions , we provide high-quality, in-home support to seniors and adults who need help living safely and comfortably at home. We are growing and looking for caregivers who take pride in showing up, supporting families, and doing meaningful work every day. What Youll Do
Youll support clients who may need help with:
- Overnight care
- Mobility assistance and fall-prevention support
- Meal prep and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and meaningful engagement
- Transportation to appointments (if applicable)
We welcome caregivers who:
- Commit to showing up for their clients and team
- Follow care plans with intention and professionalism
- Treat every family with respect, patience, and compassion
- Can manage their time and tasks confidently
- Communicate clearly with the office and follow agency policies
- Understand the importance of consistency in home care

- Caregiving experience preferred (family experience counts!)
- Valid drivers license OR reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 2550 lbs as needed
- Clear background check

- Must be comfortable working in private homes
