Staff Software Engineer - AI Trainer

Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year Requirements:

• We require fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• We expect proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• We need strong writing ability and excellent grammar.
• We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress.
• We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer.
• We can only consider applicants located in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

• We design and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
• We write clear, high-quality code examples and thorough explanations.
• We assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• We provide input that helps shape the next generation of AI models.
• We complete a short assessment as part of our application process before paid work becomes available.
