As a Security Officer Screener in Lowell, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Screener in a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will help monitor access points, conduct screening activities, and support security-related operations with professionalism and care. You will remain visible, assist with routine patrols, and deliver strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $15.24 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, packages, bags, and/or vehicles entering or exiting the location in accordance with post orders and established security-related procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or shipping documentation, and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or unauthorized items to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with the appropriate contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns, noting that working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
