Wound Care Physician (MD/DO) / Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Albany, NYLocation: Greater Albany, NY regionSchedule: Full-time | 4 days per weekCompensation: Projected monthly earnings of approximately $14,500 for MD/DO or $12,250 for NP/PA, plus skin sweeps and biologics. $500 monthly travel stipend.MedStaff Group is recruiting on behalf of a growing wound care organization seeking an MD, DO, NP, or PA to provide wound care services in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout the Greater Albany region.Territory CoverageAmsterdam, Rensselaer, Glens Falls, Guilderland, and Saratoga Springs. The territory includes 5 facilities with approximately 120 patient encounters weekly. Travel between assigned facilities is required.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop treatment plans.Perform debridement and minor procedures within your scope of practice.Counsel patients and collaborate with facility nursing teams.Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.Travel throughout the assigned territory.QualificationsActive, unrestricted New York MD, DO, NP, or PA license and appropriate clinical credentials.Wound care or long-term care experience preferred.Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.Compensation projections depend on patient volume and procedures.If you are looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in long-term care, we would love to hear from you.
