Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 an hour

Job Description:

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping process orders, answer questions, and ensure every customer receives exceptional service. You'll work closely with sales representatives and internal teams to keep orders accurate, organized, and moving efficiently while building lasting customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from sales representatives and online customers
• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person, including assisting walk-in customers
• Review orders, maintain customer records, and ensure timely order processing
• Support administrative projects while maintaining accurate documentation and organization
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Shift/Hours:

• 1st Shift
  Monday - Friday

Job Requirements

• Previous customer service, order processing, or administrative experience required (7+ years preferred)
• Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel (ERP experience is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Must successfully complete a basic math assessment and Microsoft Excel assessment prior to employment
