Recruitment Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support throughout the recruiting process. This role will partner with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a smooth and organized candidate experience, while managing scheduling, candidate communications, and recruiting-related systems. Responsibilities: Coordinate interviews and manage candidate scheduling Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting records Support job postings and applicant tracking activities Manage candidate activity within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Assist with interview preparation and follow-up Partner with recruiters and hiring teams on recruiting logistics Track candidate progress and provide status updates Support onboarding and other administrative recruiting activities as needed Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 2+ years of recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative experience Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Greenhouse Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters and internal stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlantic Group
