Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• BLS and ACLS required
• At least 1 year of OR nursing experience required
• Ability to scrub in the operating room
• Robotic surgery experience preferred
• Experience with orthopedics, ENT, plastics, general surgery, robotics, and urology preferred
• Comfort working in a 1:1 patient care environment
• Must be able to work call shifts and function in a high-acuity surgical setting

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care in a busy operating room
• Assist with a wide range of surgical cases, including specialty procedures
• Scrub and support surgical teams during procedures as needed
• Maintain patient safety, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the surgical workflow
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR staff to deliver excellent care
• Participate in call coverage and support surgical services during evenings and weekends
• Adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment while delivering high-quality patient care
