Job Title: Industry Liaison (Oncology Studies) Job Description

The Industry Liaison will be responsible for assisting with liaison activities with pharmaceutical industry partners during all stages of a clinical trial, from development to study closeout.

• Coordinate industry-related activities including collaboration with the grants and contracts team, clinical operations team, protocol development team, lab science team, and data management and statistical teams.
• Participate in Business Development activities.
• Establish costs used in study budgets.
• Develop and deliver presentations.
• Manage third-party distributors.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trials
• Management experience
• Knowledge of clinical operations and business development activities
• Experience with grants, budgeting, and contracts
• Experience with protocol development process
• Experience in working with pharmaceutical industry partners

• Bachelor's Degree
• RN or PharmD preferred
• Experience in cooperative group settings
• Experience in business development

This role is based in a hybrid work environment in Philadelphia, with two days on-site. The organization is a unique nonprofit dedicated to improving patient awareness of cancer clinical trials, facilitating access, and promoting participation. The work involves collaborating with pharmaceutical industry partners and contributing to innovative programs and services that confront key issues impeding cancer research.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
