This primary role provides front office support functions.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PSTLocation: 259 Terracina Blvd. Redlands, CA. May be required to travel to other locations for coverage, depending on business need.Primary Responsibilities:Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional mannerDirect patients to appropriate departments or personnelAnswer multiple phone lines, direct calls, and take messagesInform provider assistants of no-shows and cancellationsSchedule and confirm appointments using a PCHandle cancellations and rescheduling efficientlyContact patients to confirm or reschedule appointmentsVerify patient information and insurance eligibilityCollect co-pays and insurance paymentsProcess patient-related paperwork and formsMaintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulationsProvide comprehensive service to resolve caller requestsProblem-solving using available resourcesMaintain a courteous and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environmentWhat are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group?
