MEP Project ManagerOnsite | Full-TimeOverview Seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager / Coordinator to lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems on complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, low-voltage) across all project phasesLead planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetReview construction drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructabilityOversee RFIs, change orders, commissioning, and closeout processesCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teamsEnsure compliance with local codes, inspections, and safety standardsSupport preconstruction, estimating, budgeting, and cost control (quantity takeoffs, MEP pricing)Partner with VDC/BIM teams to resolve coordination issuesIdentify and mitigate project risks, conflicts, and service disruptionsDrive quality control, testing, and system performanceQualificationsExperience managing MEP scopes on commercial or industrial construction projectsStrong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systemsProficient in construction documents, scheduling, and project coordinationExperience with BIM/VDC, RFIs, submittals, and change managementAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractorsInterested?
