What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with a dynamic team to assemble floor cleaning machines from start to finish, adhering to Tennant Company's strict quality specifications.

• Carefully use a variety of hand and power tools, following detailed work instructions and technical documentation.

• Support process improvements by offering insights to enhance assembly efficiency and quality.

• Handle mechanical and electrical components with precision, ensuring safe and smooth assembly operations.

• Maintain a fast-paced workflow while ensuring accuracy and meeting production deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; technical degrees or prior manufacturing experience are a plus.

• At least 1 year of related mechanical assembly experience; 2+ years and a technical background are preferred.

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly practices.

• Proven commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and efficiency.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and endurance.

Pay Details: $18.50 to $19.80 per hour
