City Apartment Locators (CAL), powered by the team behind Nashville Apartment Locators, is a real estate firm specializing in the rental space. We are growing in Charlotte and we are looking for super motivated and people-focused agents to join our team! After ten years in Nashville we are expanding our company into the Charlotte market and we couldn't be more excited about this new adventure. What We Do

We bring the same level of commitment that you might find in residential real estate but apply it to the rental space. Our goal is to connect renters with an apartment they're excited to call home and to help them get to know Charlotte on a whole new level. We do our best to impact the communities we are a part of in a positive way. The role of an apartment locator is very unique and involves combining people skills with marketing skills. Since we operate as a real estate firm you will need a real estate license to begin working with clients but we can help walk you through that process if you don't have one yet! Our most successful agents are local experts, marketing gurus and love meeting new people and learning their stories. No two days are alike in the life of a locator. Normal activities include the following:

• Meeting clients looking to relocate or just find a new place to live
• Educating clients about the Charlotte market in order for them to make informed decisions about a new place to call home
• Touring apartments with a client
• Filming marketing content for social media
• Building relationships with communities across Charlotte
• Attending networking events
• Team events and celebrations
• Helping someone find a place they genuinely love coming home to
