• Operate production equipment used in metal processing, cleaning, and finishing operations.
• Cut and process materials according to detailed specifications and work orders.
• Perform inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure top-quality products.
• Handle specialized production processes, including stripping, baking, and resist touch-ups.
• Accurately complete production documentation and quality records.
• Safely work with manufacturing chemicals and equipment while following established procedures.
• Help keep production moving efficiently by supporting team goals and maintaining workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, machine operating, or industrial experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to follow work instructions and production processes.
• Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work Swing Shift consistently.

You'll be working in a clean, organized manufacturing facility alongside a supportive team that takes pride in producing high-quality products. This is a Contract position based out of San Jose, CA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
