This position is primarily remote, allowing you to provide vital services to patients from the comfort of your preferred location. However, you will collaborate closely with our outpatient office team to ensure cohesive care delivery. Our workweek runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a balanced professional and personal life. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct initial evaluations of patients’ mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans aimed at addressing their specific issues, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

  • Engage with patients through one-on-one counseling sessions, actively listening to their concerns while providing a non-judgmental and supportive environment.

  • Utilize evidence-based practices to diagnose mental or emotional disorders, leveraging therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused approaches.

  • Monitor patient progress by regularly assessing treatment effectiveness and modifying strategies as necessary to ensure optimal care.

  • Educate patients on stress management techniques and coping strategies to enhance their resilience in the face of trauma.

  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, social services, and community organizations to ensure patients receive comprehensive support in their recovery journey.

  • Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health practices through ongoing education, ensuring compliance with National Certified Counselor requirements.

You will primarily work with individuals who have experienced trauma injuries, which may include a range of emotional and psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). This role requires a deep understanding of trauma-informed care principles and an empathetic approach to fostering healing and recovery for diverse patient backgrounds.

  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
