You'll operate molding presses, inspect parts for quality, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.Your day-to-day responsibilities include:Operating and monitoring rubber injection mold pressesInspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standardsTrimming, grinding, and finishing molded partsFollowing work instructions and safety proceduresRecording production information accuratelyKeeping your work area clean and organizedWorking closely with teammates to keep production movingAssisting other departments as neededWhat We're Looking ForYou don't need years of experience—we're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude.We're looking for someone who is:Reliable and dependableSafety-consciousDetail-orientedWilling to learnComfortable working in a manufacturing environmentAble to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious manufacturing, production, machine operation, or rubber molding experience is helpful but not required.
