$85K–$100K plus full benefits to run a 15-tech commercial HVAC/R team across
Dallas–Fort Worth — backed by a national platform that handles the back office so
you can lead the field, not the paperwork.

ICS (Interior Climate Solutions) is one of the largest, fastest-growing independent
commercial HVAC/R service providers in the country, keeping multi-site retail and
convenience-store chains running. We're looking for a hands-on Service Manager who
knows commercial HVAC/R, can run field operations, and keeps high-volume customers
up with minimal downtime.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN
- $85,000–$110,000/yr, based on experience

- Ownership of a busy DFW operation with national resources behind you

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 commercial HVAC/R technicians
- Run daily service operations across DFW - dispatch coordination, productivity, quality
- Keep multi-site retail and c-store customers running with minimal downtime
- Be the escalation point on complex HVAC/R troubleshooting; back your techs in the field
- Hold the line on service quality, job documentation, labor efficiency, and parts usage
- Build relationships and communicate like a pro with facility managers
- Set the tone on safety, accountability, and customer-first service

WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong commercial HVAC/R service background
- Experience managing HVAC/R technicians or field service teams
- Multi-site customer experience (retail, c-store, restaurant, grocery, facilities) preferred
- Leadership, communication, and organization that holds up under a busy board
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
