You'll work closely with construction companies and contractors to understand their workforce needs while partnering with our recruiting team to deliver dependable staffing solutions. What You’ll Do Build and develop relationships with construction companies and contractors throughout your assigned territory. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, phone calls, meetings, and job site visits. Present Signature Labor Services' workforce solutions to prospective clients. Secure new client partnerships and service agreements. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service. Serve as the primary point of contact for client staffing needs. Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure clients receive qualified workers in a timely manner. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities to support their continued growth. Track sales activity, account performance, and business development efforts. Represent Signature Labor Services with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to long-term partnerships. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or a related field. Experience in staffing, construction, skilled trades, or workforce solutions is a plus. Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team. Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
