Patient Experience requirements: Hospital Specifics-

Hiring Profile

Requested Skill Set: Patient care focused individual who is a self-starting, independent professional.

Must have: RDMS (ABD, OB/GYN), (RVT)

Advanced skills needed: Outstanding patient/customer service

Procedures performed on unit: OB/GYN studies, vascular studies, abdominal studies, some pediatrics, possibly thora/paracentesis

Certifications Required: BLS

Dress Code: (Required uniform) Scrubs (Caribbean Blue)

Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.

Awards/Recognition: 2020 Clinical Site Excellence Award through affiliation with Volunteer State Community College ultrasound program

Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Very experienced team, US machines purchased in 2017, excellent policies/practices in place around high level disinfection through Trophon probe cleaning systems, growing hospital in need of expanded ultrasound staffing coverage to serve growing OB, ED, and surgical services/volumes. True family-like atmosphere and teamwork, great culture throughout hospital.
