Sourcing Specialist

Sourcing SpecialistWe are looking for a highly motivated and capable professional to help support our rapid growth as a member of our cross-functional sourcing and operations management team. You will work closely with the Sourcing Manager and the Director of Operations to help us identify, qualify, and negotiate with existing and new vendors to provide a wide range of ingredients, packaging materials, and other resources. Additionally, you will have responsibility for compiling customer forecasts to aid the team in production planning, inventory management, etc. for both existing and new innovative product launches.Each day will bring with it new adventures, challenges, and successes as you work with a dynamic group of hard-working, collaborative, and enjoyable team members.Key success factors include: high-energy, results-driven, excellent attention to detail, highly organized, consistent and effective communicator, works well with internal and external partners, and is a resilient and creative problem solver.
