Assistant Manager

Squeeky's Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Car Wash Manager for our St. Petersburg facility. As the Assistant Car Wash manager, you will help lead a small team striving to achieve best-in-class car wash cleanliness and exceed sales goals and provide customers with exceptional customer service in a clean, well-maintained express car wash facility. Assistant Car Wash Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional sales and service to our customers.
• Assist the site manager in daily operations: including but not limited to, maintaining chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and operations of the self-service onsite Car Wash.
• Upsell single car washes and monthly membership car wash packages.
• Understand and explain the benefits of the monthly memberships to our customers.
• Be a point of contact for our customer base.
• Assist in the training and scheduling of staff.
• Accurately manage cash and balance receipts and process daily bank deposits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Understand and efficiently operate our point-of-sale software to complete membership sign-ups, take payments, run reports and manage customer accounts.
• Conduct daily visual audits of entire facility and maintain the grounds as needed.
• Perform light maintenance both inside the facility and in the car wash tunnel. The facility may also require light landscaping to maintain facility image and curb appeal.
• Local marketing of the facility.
• Liaison between Home Office and Staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications of the Assistant Property Manager:

• Minimum of 2 years Management Experience (Express Car Wash exp. a plus)
• Strong work ethic and self-starter
• Excellent customer service, sales and marketing skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
• HS diploma/GED (minimum)
• Clean driving record, valid driver’s license AND your own vehicle (due to marketing and banking responsibilities)
• Must be willing to work weekends
