Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can learn valuable manufacturing and machine operation skills? We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our production team as a General Production Worker . No specialized RF welding experience is required. We provide training and opportunities to develop skills in machine operation, blueprint reading, quality inspection, and advanced manufacturing processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with production, warehouse, machine operating, or general labor experience who want to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:30 AM - 1:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a General Production Worker, you'll play an important role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently by:

• Moving, preparing, cutting, inspecting, and packaging materials for production
• Assisting with machine operation and daily manufacturing workflows
• Learning to safely operate Radio Frequency (RF) welding equipment
• Reading and following blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications
• Monitoring production equipment and reporting any issues or abnormalities
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Supporting team members and helping meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, machine operation, or general labor
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, moving, and handling materials
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn new equipment and manufacturing processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Experience operating production machinery or equipment
• Exposure to welding equipment or RF machinery
• Blueprint reading experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Whitehall, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
