What You'll Do

As Service Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of dealership fixed operations while leading a team committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Lead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Drive department performance in profitability, efficiency, CSI, and employee engagement
• Manage daily service operations, workflow, scheduling, and repair quality
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including labor sales, RO count, technician productivity, effective labor rate, warranty performance, and CSI
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, and expense controlPartner with Parts, Sales, and dealership leadership to create a seamless customer experience
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while building long-term loyalty
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer, safety, and company standards
• Foster a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Proven success managing a high-volume automotive service department
• Strong leadership skills with a coaching and people-development mindset
• Experience managing service department financial performance and P&L
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
