You will own the full project lifecycle, managing massive contributor pools and building deep partnerships with organizations like OpenAI and Google DeepMind. This high-impact role reports directly to the President, focusing on scaling critical AI training infrastructure. What You Will Do Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic data projects, from initial customer kickoff to final quality-assured data pipelines, ensuring perfect alignment with researcher specifications and timelines. Orchestrate and performance-manage distributed teams of 100 to 1,000+ domain expert contributors, designing incentive systems and daily war room syncs to hit high-throughput production targets. Build and maintain long-term trust with frontier AI lab researchers, acting as the primary face of Turing while identifying expansion opportunities for multi-year strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate Proven background in consulting, finance, or high-growth startups with a track record of managing complex, operationally intense projects and multi-stakeholder relationships under significant pressure. Exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of diagnosing production bottlenecks in real-time, building measurement plans, and presenting technical solutions to demanding, high-profile clients in plain language. Experience managing large-scale teams or distributed contributor pools, with a genuine passion for gritty process optimization, quality control frameworks, and codifying scalable operational playbooks for others.
