This role offers an hourly base salary of $22 based on experience. Successful candidates can make up to $55,000, including commission and bonus opportunities

Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Generate new business through prospecting and networking.
- Service existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on insurance products and industry trends.
- Valid Iowa Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Proven track record of successful insurance sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Comfortable using agency management software and CRM systems.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
