Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a contract-to-hire position located in Upper Marlboro, MD. This role involves providing exceptional care and physical therapy evaluations, working collaboratively in a supportive environment while enjoying a flexible weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments based on physician referrals
Complete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate assessment tools
Review patient records for relevant medical information
Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans
Reassess treatment efficacy and patient progress regularly
Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family
Consult with medical providers regarding patient care
Recommend adaptive equipment to enhance patient function
Maintain evaluation, treatment, and billing documentation
Adhere to company standards and state/federal laws
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides
Participate in staff development programs

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

Compact State or Maryland State Licensed Physical Therapist
Experience with Oasis documentation and Homecare Homebase EMR system
Strong customer service and time management skills
