Healthcare Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced High-Volume Healthcare Recruiter to support aggressive hiring initiatives across multiple healthcare facilities and departments. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building candidate pipelines, and can manage a large volume of requisitions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume healthcare positions, including clinical and non-clinical roles.
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and workforce planning goals.
  
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates in a timely manner.
  
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of active and passive candidates through various sourcing channels.
  
• Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding activities.
  
• Track recruiting activity and ensure accurate documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  
• Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring timelines, and candidate conversion rates.
  
• Attend hiring events, career fairs, and community outreach initiatives as needed.
  
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, hospital, long-term care, behavioral health, or medical office environments.
  
• Proven ability to manage 20-40+ open requisitions simultaneously.
  
• Experience recruiting for positions such as nurses, medical assistants, patient service representatives, healthcare support staff, and allied health professionals.
  
• Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
  
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-site healthcare organizations.
  
• Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and compliance requirements.
  
• Familiarity with healthcare labor market trends and workforce challenges.
  

Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
