Automotive Technician (B-Level) St. Charles, IL Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM $25–$35/hour (based on experience) We’re looking for a B-Level Automotive Technician to join a team-oriented, high-performing shop in St. Charles. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, takes pride in their work, and wants to continue growing in the industry. What You’ll Do Perform general automotive repair and maintenance Support team members and contribute to overall shop efficiency Use digital tools and systems (DVI experience is a plus) Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace What We’re Looking For 3+ years of automotive repair experience Dealership background is welcome if culture fit aligns Team player mindset—willing to jump in and help others Strong work ethic and professionalism Organized with solid computer and people skills Clean-cut appearance and good hygiene Valid, clean driver’s license ASE certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain) Passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record Note: Heavy diagnostic experience is not required Compensation & Benefits $25–$35/hour Employer-paid health insurance (starts after first month) 401(k) with 3% match $300 annual tool reimbursement ASE certification reimbursement Ongoing training + off-site training opportunities Lunch & Learns Team outings PTO Paid holidays Culture This shop prides itself on a strong team-first culture .
