Personal Banker

Position Overview As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Milwaukee, WI at the 411 E Milwaukee Branch. The role focuses on delivering an inclusive customer experience and driving new revenue through proactive sales and service activities. Responsibilities Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction, identifying appropriate solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated experiences. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position products. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems effectively, driving loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to policies, procedures, and judgment within limits. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion. Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent; relevant experience or product knowledge required. Minimum 3+ years of related experience.
