Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (benefits package discussed upon application)
• Competitive pay package (annual salary range aligns with $285,120 $380,160)

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN hospitalist care at two major facilities, including labor/delivery, surgical assistance, and obstetric emergencies
• Support Maternal-Fetal Medicine and OB providers in emergency situations, including labor management and surgical procedures
• Manage obstetric triage and key emergency situations such as ectopic pregnancies and torsions
• Collaborate with a dedicated maternal-fetal medicine team in a collegial environment
• Participate in teaching OB fellows and residents, contributing to education and mentorship
• Maintain detailed documentation for each case and ensure patient safety and quality care standards

What You Need:

• Active Medical License in Washington State (or eligible to obtain)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
• Experience in labor and delivery, obstetric emergencies, or hospitalist role preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Ability to work a flexible schedule in a hospital setting
