Property Manager / Handyman

Property Manager/ Handyman We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Property Manager / Handyman to oversee the maintenance and day-to-day care of several private family residences located within a five-mile radius. This role is ideal for a proactive, service-oriented professional who takes pride in keeping homes safe, functional, and maintained to the highest standard. Responsibilities Oversee the daily maintenance, upkeep, and readiness of multiple residences. Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including changing air filters, lightbulbs, batteries, and other household systems. Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC, A/V, pool, security, and other home systems. Coordinate vendors and contractors, ensuring quality work and timely completion. Assist with exterior upkeep, including power washing, sweeping, and maintaining guest-ready outdoor spaces. Run property-related errands, deliveries, and supply pickups. Communicate maintenance updates and priorities with the principals and household staff. Respond to urgent maintenance issues and be available for after-hours property emergencies. Assist with special projects as needed. Qualifications Experience as a Property Manager, Handyman, Estate Maintenance Manager, Caretaker, or similar hands-on residential role. Strong maintenance and troubleshooting skills with household systems. Organized, dependable, discreet, and self-motivated. Comfortable managing multiple properties and coordinating vendors. Tech-savvy, with basic administrative skills for email and weekly reports. Physically able to perform active indoor and outdoor work. Valid driver’s license and reliable local transportation. Excellent, verifiable references. Schedule Monday‒Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (flexible to 9:00 am – 6:00 pm). On-call availability for property emergencies after hours, weekends, and holidays.
