Join a leading, physician-led GI group in Alexandria, Virginia, seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist. This role offers a lifestyle-friendly schedule with no call responsibilities, robust clinical support, and top-tier compensation. Practice Info
- 100% outpatient setting
- No nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
- Scoping days involve approximately 14 procedures
- Clinic days involve approximately 20 patients
- The group includes 12 mid-levels and 14 physicians
- EMR: G-Med (Modernizing Medicine)
Compensation
- Base salary: Mid $500K+ for new grads
- Up to $600K+ for experienced
- Long-term earning potential: $700K – $1M+
- Productivity-based RVU bonus
- Partnership track available (terms discussed during interview)
- Sign-on bonus
