Electronics Assembler: Springfield, IL
Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM | $17.00/hour


Enjoy detail-focused, hands-on work in a steady day-shift role? A growing manufacturer in the Springfield area is hiring an Electronics Assembler to build, test, and package electronic components as part of a collaborative production team.

What You'll Do
  • Assemble electronic components onto circuit boards and wire harnesses
  • Follow blueprints and step-by-step diagrams on a computer terminal to complete each build
  • Solder and complete multi-step assemblies with care and precision
  • Test and package finished products to meet quality standards
  • Sit and perform detailed assembly work for the shift, with some movement between work areas as needed
What You'll Bring
  • Manual dexterity and the ability to read blueprints or assembly instructions
  • Soldering experience is a plus
  • Assembly experience is a plus
  • Comfortable sitting and focusing on repetitive, detail-oriented work for a full shift
