Position Overview: The Brand Ambassador will play a pivotal role in driving membership growth and brand recognition. This role involves generating leads, promoting our gym’s offerings, and converting prospects into members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for fitness and spread awareness throughout the community of the Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential leads through individually setting up: events, social media outreach, community outreach, and networking, business to business, on-sites, and corporate events. Develop and implement strategies to attract new prospects.

Sales Conversion: Conduct compelling presentations and tours of the gym to prospective members. Clearly communicate the benefits of membership and close sales to achieve monthly targets.

Brand Promotion: Represent Fitsi at local events, health fairs, and community activities. Enhance brand visibility and create positive buzz about our gym’s services and offerings.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospects and new members. Follow up with leads and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a high conversion to memberships.

Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and special offers. Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to help refine marketing strategies.

Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on lead generation activities, sales performance, and other key metrics. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry. Experience in lead generation and sales conversion is highly desirable.

Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Ability to engage with diverse audiences and build relationships.

Attitude: Energetic, enthusiastic, and results-driven with a genuine passion for fitness and wellness. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software is a plus.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
