Job Description

The Manager, Implementation is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Implementation team, ensuring the successful deployment of Parcel Pending's intelligent locker solutions across all customer segments. This role manages a team of Project Managers and Installation Coordinators responsible for delivering exceptional customer implementations from project kickoff through go-live.

The successful candidate is a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing people, driving operational excellence, improving processes, and ensuring a consistently positive customer experience. This position partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Supply Chain, Engineering, and third-party installation partners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer success.
• Oversee the successful delivery of customer implementations by managing project execution, resource allocation, workload forecasting, and implementation performance.
• Establish performance expectations, conduct regular coaching and reviews, and support talent acquisition, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for implementation-related challenges, partnering with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive timely resolutions.
• Monitor and analyze key operational metrics, including KPIs, SLAs, backlog health, and project performance, to ensure achievement of business objectives and customer expectations.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements, implementing best practices, and managing relationships with installation and third-party partners to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in implementation, project management, customer onboarding, operations, or technology deployment environments, with a track record of delivering successful customer outcomes.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and managing high-performing customer-facing teams.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience managing multiple priorities, tracking KPIs/SLAs, and driving operational improvements.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and other business systems; experience with hardware deployments, IoT solutions, field operations, logistics, or SaaS environments preferred.

Travel

• Ability to travel up to 20% domestically for customer engagements, team meetings, partner visits, and company events.
