Shipping and Receiving/ Logistic Coordinator

Material Expeditor

The Material Expeditor is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services for projects and operations. This role tracks supplier commitments, shipments, and delivery schedules while identifying risks and driving recovery actions to prevent project delays.

Key Responsibilities:

Expedite assigned suppliers and obtain firm delivery and shipment dates.
Track orders, shipments, and delivery status from supplier to site.
Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, Buyers, Planners, and Project Managers.
Resolve issues such as late orders, partial shipments, quality holds, and documentation errors.
Maintain accurate PO and material status in ERP/MRP systems.
Prepare OTD and past-due reports and support hotlist/outage activities.
Identify risks and recommend recovery actions and process improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
3–4+ years of relevant expediting, materials, supply chain, or logistics experience.
Working knowledge of ERP/MRP, Excel/BI, BOL, ASN, and INCOTERMS.
Strong follow-through, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
