Contract | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | 40 hrs/week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services primarily in an outpatient clinic setting, serving a largely geriatric and adult population with orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Offer occasional coverage for inpatient observation, acute/med-surg, and swing-bed SNF-level rehabilitation patients as needed
• Evaluate and treat a diverse patient caseload including rare pediatric and young adult orthopedic cases
• Adapt clinical practice to a rural critical access hospital environment where a wide variety of cases may present
• Collaborate with the inpatient therapy team to ensure continuity of care when primary inpatient therapist is unavailable

Required Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire PT license or licensure through a compact state
• Ability to work across multiple care settings including outpatient, acute care, and SNF-level swing beds
• Comfort working in a small, rural critical access hospital environment
• Strong clinical flexibility and ability to manage a varied patient population

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating geriatric and adult orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Prior experience in a critical access or rural hospital setting
• Familiarity with SNF-level swing-bed rehabilitation programs
