All Valley Car Care is looking for an experienced Automotive Repair Technician to join our team in Surprise. We’re seeking a skilled, dependable technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, accurate diagnostics, and providing excellent service to our customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Experience using automotive scan tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Knowledge and experience operating A/C service and recovery equipment.
• Knowledge of and ability to safely operate a variety of shop and specialty equipment.
• Experience performing and documenting Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair automotive mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and general automotive repairs.
• Use scan tools and diagnostic equipment to accurately identify vehicle concerns.
• Operate A/C service equipment for proper system diagnosis and service.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and document vehicle conditions and recommended repairs.
• Perform thorough inspections and identify needed repairs.
• Follow established shop procedures and safety standards.
• Perform quality-control checks to ensure repairs are completed correctly and vehicles are safe and ready for delivery.
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly with the team.
