Membership Sales Consultant – Front Desk SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

Massage Heights Delray Place is looking for an experienced sales professional who knows how to build relationships, confidently recommend services, close sales, and achieve sales goals.

This is a sales-focused position, not an entry-level front desk or receptionist role. Prior professional sales experience is required. Candidates without previous sales experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships, services, packages, and products to new and existing guests

• Consistently work toward and achieve individual and team sales goals
  
  
• Convert first-time guests and prospects into recurring Members
  
  
• Identify customer needs and confidently recommend appropriate services, memberships, upgrades, and products

• Follow up with leads and prospective Members to generate additional sales

• Educate guests on membership benefits, promotions, and wellness services

• Handle sales conversations from initial contact through closing the sale
  
  
• Build strong relationships with Members to encourage retention and repeat visits

• Schedule appointments and match guests with appropriate therapists and services

• Greet and assist guests in person and by phone with confidence and professionalism

• Handle customer questions and concerns while maintaining an exceptional Member experience

• Work with the team to achieve location-wide sales goals

Qualifications

Prior sales experience is REQUIRED.

We're looking for candidates with demonstrated success in a sales environment, including:

• Sales, membership sales, retail sales, inside sales, hospitality sales, fitness, beauty, wellness, or other customer-facing sales experience

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  
  
• Experience confidently asking for the sale and closing business

• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

• Competitive, motivated, and results-oriented mindset
  
  
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend the right product or service

• Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills

• Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems

• Positive, energetic attitude and strong team mentality

This position is not intended for candidates seeking their first professional job or candidates without previous sales experience.

Schedule

Must be available to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
