HVAC Technician

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for a seasoned HVAC technician with knowledge of large commercial and industrial chillers, cooling towers, refrigeration, and related HVAC systems. Sign-on bonus and relocation available! Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain large tonnage chillers (centrifugal, screw, scroll, and absorption units). Perform preventive maintenance on chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and associated HVAC equipment. Conduct chiller tear-downs and overhauls as needed. Use advanced diagnostic tools and software for system analysis. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior technicians. Collaborate with clients and project managers to recommend solutions and system upgrades. Complete detailed service reports and documentation. Respond to emergency service calls and participate in on-call rotation. Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an HVAC Technician. Strong understanding of hydronic systems, pumps, controls, and refrigeration. EPA certification required. HVAC certification or diploma from an accredited program preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
