As a Genesis Service Advisor, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service team while delivering a premium ownership experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers promptly and professionally on the service drive.
• Listening carefully to customer concerns and accurately documenting repair requests.
• Performing vehicle walk-arounds and explaining the "why" to customers following the Promise process the dealership has in place.
• Preparing repair orders and communicating repair recommendations clearly.
• Maintaining regular communication with customers regarding vehicle status and estimated completion times.
• Collaborating closely with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and timely repairs.
• Reviewing completed repairs/further needs with customers and ensuring complete satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
• Following up after service to strengthen customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Maintaining thorough documentation and completing manufacturer-required training.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Luxury dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Experience using dealership management systems is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
