Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr As a Junior Quantitative Analyst you will collaborate with a talented team, applying analytical and technical skills fueled by a passion for sports. The Quantitative Analyst team is vital in designing, implementing, and maintaining mathematical models that provide accurate pricing across the Business sports betting products. You will engage in interesting and challenging work within a fast-paced environment that emphasizes hard work and delivery excellence. As a proactive and detail-oriented team player, you will enhance the growth of the Business through a data-driven approach by analyzing large datasets, learning new systems, and evaluating model performance. This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy. The salary range for this position is between $55,000 to $80,000 annually. Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience Degree in mathematical or computer science discipline. Strong interest in a wide range of sports and the online gambling industry. Solid understanding of probability and statistics. Proven experience with technologies such as C#, Go, Visual Basic, R, Python, & SQL. Familiarity with machine learning techniques. Understanding of Windows and Office applications. Strong problem solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Committed and flexible with a proactive attitude towards work. Main Responsibilities Building and maintaining the pricing algorithms used in sports betting models. Implementing solutions into code. Analyzing data to quantify and refine pricing methodologies. Analyzing performance of models, making adjustments as necessary. Identifying and solving bugs that are causing errors or problems within models. Managing code versions using source control systems, ensuring proper documentation and version control. Collaborating with other teams to ensure alignment with requirements and technical solutions.
