Join our dynamic team as a Bartender/Mixologist at The Lowline Hotel, where your creativity and expertise will elevate our beverage offerings and enhance guest experiences. We are seeking a passionate professional dedicated to crafting innovative cocktails, maintaining high standards of quality, and delivering exceptional service in a vibrant hospitality environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our reputation within the cocktail community and support staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus tailored to various outlets and events

- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and quality standards

- Check customer identification to verify legal age for alcohol purchase

- Train and mentor staff on new cocktail techniques and standards to ensure consistency

- Maintain a strong presence and positive reputation within the local cocktail community

- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols are followed at all times

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed

- Provide exceptional guest service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of bartending and food and beverage experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).

- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and current industry trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to train and lead team members effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
