Now Hiring: Warehouse Equipment Operator Location: McDonough, Georgia Pay: $19.50$20.50/hour Schedule: MondayFriday | 6:00 PM 4:30 AM (Night Shift)

Job Summary We are seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team. This is a physically demanding warehouse position that requires operating multiple types of powered industrial equipment while manually handling products throughout the shift. Responsibilities

• Safely operate warehouse equipment including order pickers, stand-up reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• Pick and stage customer orders accurately.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50+ pounds throughout the shift.
• Verify incoming and outgoing inventory for accuracy.
• Organize warehouse inventory and maintain clean storage areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and report damaged or defective products.
• Complete warehouse housekeeping and facility maintenance tasks.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience operating an Order Picker, Stand-Up Reach Truck, and Stand-Up Forklift is REQUIRED.
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and climb as needed.
• Work in a warehouse environment with moderate noise and changing temperatures.
